Mobile notary visits are available by appointment only and depend on the client’s location, facility rules, scheduling availability, identification requirements, and any applicable security clearance or facility approval procedures.

For hospital, assisted living, nursing home, jail, or correctional facility notarizations, please contact us in advance with the facility name, address, client’s full name, document type, and any visiting or clearance requirements.

The signer must be alert, willing to sign, and able to provide acceptable identification. Notary service cannot be completed if the signer does not understand the document, is being pressured, or cannot communicate willingness to sign.
